With the revolutionary iZi Flex FIX i-Size, BeSafe is launching the first child car seat that meets the latest safety requirements of the UN R129-02 test standard. This car seat was developed with a view to the real events on the roads of Europe and therefore protects the child with safety functions that go beyond the requirements of the test standard.

Thanks to its well thought-out functions for comfort, safety and space flexibility, the iZi Flex FIX i-Size won the renowned Kind + Jugend Innovation Award in the “World of Traveling Kids” category even before it was launched.

Excellent security

BeSafe iZi Flex FIX i-Size is approved according to the latest test standard UN R129-02 , which places high safety demands on the latest category of child car seats from 100 cm. To offer your child the highest level of safety, the iZi Flex FIX i-Size is equipped with triple side impact protection and a headrest specially shaped for safety and comfort.

In addition to dynamic trampoline effect technology and SIP bumpers, the proven BeSafe innovation SIP+ is also part of the triple side impact protection of the iZi Flex FIX i-Size. Although the seat has already passed the demanding approval tests of the UN R129 standard without SIP+, this extra safety feature helps to absorb additional forces in a side crash by deforming like a car's crumple zone and reducing sideways movement.

Our experience with the BeSafe maternity belts inspired us to develop the lap belt guide, which helps to keep the lap belt in the optimal position and makes car journeys more comfortable. Because the lap belt guide is made of soft materials and can be folded flat to the side, getting in and out is uncomplicated and a so-called Fid-Lock magnet makes opening and closing easy and safe.
Lockable shoulder strap guides also ensure that the shoulder strap is always at the right height.

In order to make buckling up easy and safe, the iZi Flex FIX i-Size does without unnecessary belt ends or "armrests", as these often entail the risk of incorrect belt routing.

Maximum comfort

The special V-shaped headrest of the iZi Flex FIX i-Size, the easily adjustable resting position and the fact that the seat grows from 100 to 150 cm make driving particularly comfortable for your child. The BeSafe innovation PAD+ helps to buffer the sharp edge of the vehicle shoulder belt.

At the same time, installation and operation are also convenient for the parents, as the handles for height adjustment can be operated from both sides and the lockable ISOfix arms even allow you to reach ISOfix anchors that are deep in the upholstery. By storing the ISOfix arms in the iZi Flex FIX i-Size, the seat can also be flexibly installed in vehicles without ISOfix anchorages.

Unique space flexibility

The iZi Flex FIX i-Size fully adapts to the needs of your family. By removing the SIP bumpers towards the inside of the vehicle, up to three people can sit next to each other. More space – just as safe.
